A car for the whole assignment

You have been sent to Kuantan for a three-month project. Or you are an intern who needs to reach a training site every morning. Buying a car makes no sense, and ride apps every day add up fast.

A monthly rental gives you your own car for as long as you need it, with no loan, no road tax to renew and nothing to sell when the job ends. When the assignment finishes, you simply hand back the keys.

How the monthly price works

Rent for 30 days or more and the rental price drops by 30%. Rent for 7 days or more and it drops by 10%. The discount applies to the rental, not to location fees, extras or Excess Protection.

As a starting point, a Perodua Axia is listed from RM130 a day. Your monthly quote depends on the car, the length of the rental and where you collect. Send us the car, start date and duration on WhatsApp and we reply with a clear monthly total.

Who rents by the month

Deposit, summons and servicing

The deposit for 30 days or more is RM500. It is returned in full when the car comes back with no damage and no unpaid traffic summons. Summons during the rental are the renter's responsibility, and a RM50 handling penalty applies if one is not settled on time, so check your summons status during a long rental.

When the car is due for its service, bring it back to the nearest branch. A charge of RM1 per km applies after 500 km over the service limit, so tell us when the service mileage is close.

Choosing a car for daily life

For commuting, an Axia or Myvi keeps fuel costs low. For client visits, a Bezza or Honda City looks the part. Site teams often choose a Toyota Hilux or Nissan Navara pickup, and companies moving staff take a Hiace or Urvan van. Every class in our fleet can be rented by the month.

Note that pickup and 4x4 insurance does not cover unsealed roads, so keep to paved access roads on site.

Extending, and help when you need it

Need longer? Tell us before your current period ends and we extend it, subject to availability. One of our Google reviewers, a site manager, mentioned the concession we allowed on payment for extended days.

What a long rental includes

Every monthly rental comes with standard motor insurance, a clean and checked car at the start, and our 24-hour phone and WhatsApp line for breakdowns and questions.

The same rental terms apply as for a short rental: the driver must be 23 to 65 with a full licence, the excess depends on the car group, and Excess Protection can cut your share to RM500. Smoking is not allowed in any car, and a RM300 cleaning charge applies if the car comes back smelling of smoke.
